What the archive records
Zaigham Haque is a Pakistani-born, Dubai-based entrepreneur. After a chartered-accountancy career and years in investment brokerage and private equity, he founded SCAFA, a vocational culinary school in Dubai with branches he later extended to Lahore and a partner institution in Lebanon. He grew up between Karachi, Pindi, Lahore and London, schooling at Aitchison and reading at the University of Essex.
