Syed Zulfikar Abbas Bukhari, commonly known as Zulfi Bukhari, is a Pakistani-British businessman and politician. He served as Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development during Imran Khan's government and was later appointed to lead PTI's international affairs portfolio.
