Yasir Rafiq joined Ibex in 2006 as a customer service agent while still studying computer science at Karachi University, worked his way through sales, training, quality assurance, back office and operations, and is now head of recruitment at Ibex — the largest business process outsourcing company in Pakistan, with a headcount of roughly 8,500 in-country and 27,000 globally.
