What the archive records
Yasir Abbas is the coordinator to the Chief Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan. A Chevening scholar, he completed his LLM in international human rights law at the University of Sussex after a BS in international relations from Bahria University and an LLB. He has worked with the Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency, the Ministry of Planning, the Research Society of International Law, and taught at the National Defence University.
