अमीर आदमी नज़र आता है तो suddenly एक negative feeling for some reason आती है. यह मैं वैसे नहीं बोल रहा कि मैंने overall अपनी life में भी यह चीज़ experience की है कि लोग सब चाहते ज़रूर हैं पैसे कमाना. अगर आप उनसे discussion करें, उनको समझाएं, सिखाएं कि पैसा कितना कमाया जाता है वह present के अंदर आए तो जब मैंने लोगों को analyze किया ना सबसे पहली चीज़ जो मुझे नज़र आई वह मुझे यह नज़र आई कि लोगों को concept ही नहीं है कि पैसा होता क्या है? Like everybody wants money but they don't really understand how you make money and उसकी वजह यही है कि आपकी जो economy है वह एक अजीबों गरीब सी rent सीखेंग किस्म की non productive आपने economy बनाई हुई है. तो ज़ाहिर यह इंसान अपने anecdotal experience से निकालता है, understand करता है कि यार क्या सही और ग़लत तरीका है पैसे कमाने का, job करने का, overall economy में participate करने का. अब जब economy ही आपकी जो है वह unproductive है, वह incentivize करती है दो number unproductive लोगों को तो जाहिर है नौजवान या young आदमी जो है वह उसी चीज़ को internalize करता है और उसी चीज़ को सही समझता है. Nonetheless सबसे basic चीज़ जो समझने वाली है अगर आप लोगों ने मेरी पहली वाली videos नहीं देखी मैंने multiple time उसमें भी explain किया है but आपको यह समझना चाहिए कि पैसा in itself money, cash, रुपया यह in itself value नहीं रखता. यह एक representation of value होती है. Actual value वह चीज़ होती जो कि हम use कर सकते हैं. हम खाने की आशिया इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं. उसको represent करता है पैसा. हम गाड़ियां बैठकर कहीं travel कर सकते हैं. उसकी कीमत उसका पैसा जो है वह उसको represent करता है. हम fuel use करते हैं गाड़ी में या अपने घरों के अंदर underlying उसके नीचे एक productive system पूरा exist करता है अगर उसको इस्तेमाल कर लिया जाए तो बेहतरीन है. इसी तरीके से पिछले दिनों मैंने Islamic banking वाली एक episode की और जब discuss किया कि मेरे हिसाब से bitcoin is the most Islamic form of currency that can exist या potentially जो exist करेगी अच्छा productive काम कर रहे हैं और उनको investments raise करने में मदद करें और फिर overall long term में उनकी growth के साथ आपकी growth भी होगी. एक dedicated economy of scale के तहत आप पूरे Pakistan में focus तरीके से investment करके overall productivity grow करा रहे हैं. बातें कर रहा हूं ना यह basically बातें again they stem from the understanding of money. हमारे यहां लोगों को यह concept ही नहीं है कि यार value creation क्या होती है? मतलब forget about the money. सबसे पहले आप किसी भी चीज़ की value create करते हैं. आप कोई ज़मीन के अंदर बीज बोकर आप अनाज उगाते हैं. आप कोई मेहनत करते हैं उससे, कोई outcome generate करते हैं. आप कहीं ना कहीं कोई value generate कर रहे होते हैं जिसके ऊपर आप उसको represent कर सकते with the money और यह जो lack of understanding है ना value की, इसकी वजह से हमारी total dollar ही उतना कमाते हैं. जब तक आपका मुल्क dollar नहीं बढ़ाएगा, आप government को गालियां दे दें, आप car manufacturer को गालियां दे दें, उनके पास कोई तरीका नहीं है गाड़ियों में क़ीमत कम करने का. मसलन इसको समझने का बड़ा simple तरीका है. आपके पास इतना dollar होता है सालाना कि आप let's say दो ढाई लाख गाड़ियां total मंगवा सकते हैं. अब आप total जब दो ढाई लाख गाड़ियां मंगवा सकते हैं तो उन गाड़ियों को आपने जब locally price करना है आप उसको पांच लाख की price करें, आप उसको पांच करोड़ की price करें, चूंकि आपकी overall country productive नहीं है, आपके पास enough dollars नहीं है तो आपकी गाड़ियां हमेशा महंगी रहेंगी जब तक आप dollar नहीं बढ़ाएंगे. तो again आपकी discussion क्या हो रही होती है? गाड़ियों वाले बड़े बुरे हैं, Suzuki वाले बड़े बुरे हैं, कि यार आप lottery ticket को hack करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं because there is no underlying value. Stock market होती है ना? Stock market के अंदर अगर मैं long term में देखूं तो उसके नीचे कोई value होती है. मैं कहता हूं कि यार अच्छा economy के हालात अच्छे हैं. और उसके meme के ऊपर जो है वह चल रहा है. वह meme coins है basically सारे के सारे. अब उसके ऊपर पैसे वन रहे हैं, बिल्कुल वन रहे हैं. इसमें कोई दूसरी राय नहीं है और अगर आप बना रहे हैं good for you that's great. But this is not a sustainable long term solution and it तो सिर्फ़ और सिर्फ़ जो पैसे वाला आदमी है ना जिसके पास सही genuine पैसा है वह सारा दो number है. मतलब मैं आपको honest over बताता हूं मेरी podcast के ऊपर सबसे कम views उन लोगों के हैं जिनकी genuine value है और वह valuable काम कर रहे हैं. जो कि genuine हलाल का काम कर रहा था, मेहनत करके पैसे कमाता था, उसने employees बहुत सारे रखे हुए थे. वह बड़ा genuine काम कर रहा है, listed है, tax पूरा दे रहा है. वह अपनी गाड़ी में most likely ख़ुद या अपने साथ किसी दोस्त को लेकर आया हुआ drive करके. यार तुम लोग जाओ और अपने decisions बना सको based on this value based framework. तो मैं लपेटता हूं वापस थोड़ा सा मैं बह गया but media में भी बड़े सारे ऐसे लोग हैं जो कि आपको value based framework नहीं बता रहे. वह आपको या तो hatred बेच रहे हैं oh तू YouTube पर better dollar कमाने के लिए, oh तू तू dollar कमाना चाहता है, तुझे dollar की लालच है. That's the business. I mean what are you talking about? Right? So it's really fascinating like sometimes you get critique and you get comments that just mind numbing to me because and I I think about it I don't take them personally and I think about it and I realize कि it's mostly people who have who don't have the basic fundamental of how the economy works, how the world works like हमारा जो discussion है उसको थोड़ा सा आगे जाना चाहिए. Global economy को देख रहा हूं. Global economy recession के दिहाने पर खड़ी है किसी time पर भी crash आ जाएगा. But ना अंदलैसे चले मैंने बड़ा भाषण दे दिया. मैंने ethics, morality boring चीज़ें हैं ना इसके ऊपर लोग generally ज़्यादा नहीं आते. मैं आज आपको economically यह बता सकता हूं कि आने वाले वक़्त में crash आएगा. रहता क्या है? रहता आपकी इज़्ज़त है, रहता आपके इख़िलाक़ है, रहता आपकी family है, रहता आपका दिमाग़ यह सकून है and most importantly अगर आपने long term wealth रखनी है. मैं जब भी बड़े businessman से बात करता कि यार easy money, money doubling, Ponzi scheme, लौटे बेचो, apartment बेचो, unethical किस्म का कोई काम कर लो, कोई fraud कर लो, उसको घुमा पिराकर शरिया board बैठाकर यह भी बोल दोगे यार नहीं नहीं हम तो बड़ा logical काम कर रहे हैं. Short term में यह ठीक है कर लें आप. मैं आपको मना नहीं कर रहा. बिल्कुल आप बहुत बड़े king हैं आपसे हो जाएगा. Long term में आप मार खाएंगे. हमेशा यह literally दुनिया का असूल है कि आप अगर दो number चीज़ें करते हैं यार मैं आपको मालामाल कर दूंगा दो ढाई तीन चार महीने के अंदर ऐसा नहीं हो सकता. So look for productivity, look for growth that is sustainable. अपने careers, अपना future, अपनी investments दांव पर ना लगाएं just because आपकी कोई lottery निकल जाए और lottery से पैसा बहुत ज़्यादा बढ़ जाए. Core fundamental principle of what Islamic finance was उसको तोड़ मड़ोर क्या बना दिया है और वह उसको बेच रहे हैं. Again चल रहा है. मैं नहीं कह रहा कि यार आप सूफी हो जाएं सब छोड़े और छोड़कर आगे चले जाएं but at least समझ ज़रूर लें कि यार that's not what Islamic finance was. Islamic finance was inherently industrial capitalism driven around productivity continuously forcing you to use maximum of your potential of your productivity and your strength and your value और उसको use करके आप जो है वह ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा produce करें ताकि will look like a joke. तो यह दो ढाई साल पहले आए दो साल पहले आए थे आजकल बड़े famous भी हैं वह एक show में भी आते हैं. तो वह साहब की जो predictions थी दो साल पहले वह dot by dot पूरी हुई हैं जैसे कि उन्होंने कहा था. अगर आप चूना नहीं लगा सकते तो ओहो too bad you are an idiot. मेरा ज़्यादा ही ख़याली है कि यह reverse होगा और जब यह reversal होगा तो वापस दुनिया productivity, efficiency और और और actual real value को chase करेगी और अगर आप जो है वह बिल्कुल थक हार गए हैं और आप कह रहे हैं कि यार छोड़ दो यार ख़ैर है मैं भी I'll participate in चूना party.
