Inside PPP’s 2024 Manifesto

Through कर रहा हूं just to get an insight of कि exactly यह लोग क्या सोच रहे हैं और क्या यह potentially करेंगे अगर यह power में आ गए. मैंने पहले भी कहा था last episode में अगर आपने नहीं देखी कि यह बड़ी boring चीज़ है manifesto कौन सुनता है यार? क्या है ME times आया और यह वह लेकिन यह कि तो वह चीज़ें depend करेंगी कि government का structure कैसा है कितनी majority के साथ government आती है कितने लोगों को वह loop in कर सकते हैं but सोच को आपको समझ आ जाती है जिसकी वजह से आप exact in in heart and spirit जो है ना letter and spirit जो है वह शायद implement ना हो but direction आपको नज़र आ जाती है. दूसरा यह कि अगर आप politics में नहीं भी interested आपको इन लोगों में भी interest नहीं है लेकिन अगर आप Pakistan में interested interest है तो या आप education sector से हैं या health sector से हैं या economics से हैं या sports से हैं बहुत सारे और areas हैं तो आपको sense मिल जाएगी क्योंकि इन manifestos के ऊपर some of the smartest people within these parties जो कि जो है ना development sector में होते हैं जो कि समझना important है और उसके बाद पर debate करना important है. बजाय इसके क्या हम एक दूसरे को यह बोलेंगे यार वह चोट आंकू लोटेरा. उससे बेहतर है कि जो उनकी पीछे जो सोच है उसको debate किया जाए. क्योंकि individuals पाकिस्तानी electoral निज़ाम में individuals do not mean anything, parties mean everything. So आपको party की ideology समझनी है क्योंकि आखिर में होगा यह कि सारे individuals आऐंगे. उन्होंने आखिर में आकर total एक prime minister बनाना है और उस prime minister के अंदर दस, पंद्रह, बीस, पच्चीस, तीस लोगों की cabinet होनी है. जाना है जाकर vote कर देना है. Vote आप जो party कह रही है उसके ख़िलाफ़ आप वैसे ही vote नहीं कर सकते. तो it's जो जो जो core goal है वह party का है. Party के vision का है और party का vision manifesto से बेहतर आप नहीं समझ सकते. Anyways बड़ा important है उसको समझना. आज हम p plus party को deconstruct कर रहे हैं उनके manifesto को देख रहे कि उसके दिनों ने क्या क्यों चीज़ें mention की मी हैं. कल हमने p पाक्षान तैयारी के इंसाफ़ की manifesto को किया था तो वह अगर आपने देखा है तो वह video यहां पर शायद आ जाए वरना you know channel पर जाएं तो पिछली video वही है. थोड़ा सा मैं start करता हूं Peoples Party ने कि exactly क्या क्या major इनके जो areas हैं जिसके ऊपर उन्होंने focus किया है. तो जाहिर है कि एक तो यह इन्होंने major focus इनका इसके ऊपर economic empowerment के ऊपर है कि जी हालात ख़राब है आजकल economy के और generally peoples party का DNA भी यह रहा है कि जी हम तो ग़रीब focused हैं, socialist थे एक जमाने में यह लोग. तो आज तक वह वाला DNA इनके अंदर होता है कि जी हम जो है वह education के ऊपर है, health care के ऊपर है, women's rights के ऊपर है. Again, a very core pillar of PBUS party. उसके ऊपर एक proper separate head है. Social protection जो PTI जो कल जो मैंने video की थी उसके अंदर उन्होंने एहसास, वह एहसास कहते हैं, यह बिस्प कहते हैं. और उसके ऊपर मैं जाऊंगा. Rights for all generally human rights और उन सारी चीज़ों के ऊपर इन्होंने detail में गए हुए. Democratic rights strengthening the core. Justice for all छोटा सा है यह एक page का. वह economic empowerment का है जो इनकी economic policy इन्होंने दी है. उसके बाद education है, health है और फिर आखिर में ना यह climate change और foreign policy के ऊपर उन्होंने बहुत इतना बड़ा नहीं है. India, China, America का बहुत बड़ा है. America, West का तो बहुत ही बड़ा है पर क्या बेटा अगर आप देखें लेकिन मार हम खा रहे हैं. We are one of the most nations most prone to climate disasters. तो इस वजह से अगर हम उसको champion कर लें उस cause को तो we can reap a lot of rewards from it. इसके ऊपर बड़ा ग़लत narrative लोगों का होता है कि जी यह begging है और यह मोफ़त का वह है. I don't agree with that. I think हां अगर यह आपकी core policy है तो stupid है क्योंकि अगर आपको बस यह है कि यार मैं ख़ुद तो कुछ कर नहीं सकता तो मैं अब एक sad stories बेचकर वह एक बड़ा future proof है. It's good कि Pakistan की जो leadership है वह आज इसके बारे में कर रही है क्योंकि दस पंद्रह साल बाद यह बहुत major you know global economics का हिस्सा होगी. तो it's actually good. जो दूसरा foreign policy है उसके बारे में भी मैं बात करूंगा उससे मुझे बड़ा एक interesting चीज़ नज़र आई but we'll go step by step. तो economic agenda जो है वह interestingly surprisingly बड़ा इनका बड़ा plain सा है मतलब I was expecting a whole lot more detail. मतलब नाराबाज़ी है largely और ख़ासकर अगर मैं PTI और PMLN के manifesto से compare करूं तो वह जो दोनों के दोनों manifestos हैं वह बहुत detailed हैं talking about policy, talking about numbers, talking about data. यह जो manifesto है जो peoples party का आज मैं देख रहा हूं यह phase one वाला यह वह वाला है कि यार पहली दफ़ाई party आ रही है और वह उसको कोई experience नहीं है तो वह आख़िना एक manifesto निकाल लिए दो हज़ार अठारह का जो PTI का था वह भी इसे थोड़ा ज़्यादा depth में था लेकिन PBUS party on the other hand क्योंकि मेरा personal experience हमेशा PBUS party से यह रहा है कि intellectual depth उनके यहां बहुत रही है. आप उनसे agree करें या agree करें. But यह जो manifesto है यह largely यह नाराबाज़ी है यह एक एक एक अच्छी picture है. You know अच्छे interesting words हैं जो कि America की democratic party है ना जिस तरह से वह खेलती है कि you know अच्छी अच्छी बातें करेंगे, racism नहीं होनी चाहिए है, inclusivity होनी चाहिए है, यह होना चाहिए होना चाहिए और meanwhile financing और वह सारा हमें उससे फ़ायदा होगा. हम जो है वह educate करेंगे लोगों को और उस education से productivity बढ़ेगी. हम health का ख़याल रखेंगे. हम housing को as a right समझकर उसके ऊपर काम करेंगे. हम गुरुबत मिटाओ program चलाएंगे जो बिस्प है social protection का और उसके through हम जो है ना जो गरीब तरीन है उनका बहुत ज़्यादा ख़याल रखेंगे. हम ख़ुशाल किसान किसानों के लिए काम करेंगे. हम जो है वह मज़दूर के मेहनत का सिला initiative peoples labour initiative हम मज़दूर तबके के लिए काम करेंगे, हम जवान के लिए एक youth card लेकर आऐंगे. हम भूख मिटाने के लिए काम करेंगे ensuring food security और जो जो इसमें जो largely आपको नज़र आ रहा ना ख़ैर यह था भी थोड़ा introduction to be very honest तो इसके ऊपर मैं थोड़ा extra critical भी हूं लेकिन चूंकि मुझे economics का कोई ऐसा separate head नज़र नहीं आया तो इस वजह से I I I think कि मतलब या तो वह अलग से होता तो मैं कहता कि चलो वह detail वहां पर है. अच्छा इसमें सबसे पहले अगर हम बात करें ना तो five pillars of new people economy उन्होंने एक general vision दे दिया कि जी हम exactly हमारे core five areas of focus क्या हैं? पहला यह है कि जी हम economic stability और sovereignty को वापस बहाल करेंगे. हम tough decisions लेंगे जो कि ensure करेगा कि economic stability बाहर हो. हम investment करेंगे change में. हमारा core guiding principle यह है कि economic management अगले पांच साल में ऐसी होगी जिसमें public और private investment बढ़ेगी. तो again जो एक interesting shift मुझे इसमें नज़र आ रहा है कि एक purely socialist Peoples Party जो है वह अब थोड़ी थोड़ी थोड़ी थोड़ी free market और capitalism की तरफ़ जा रही है but purely नहीं जा रही. जो interesting shift मुझे इस बार नज़र आ है PMLN तो pure capitalist है, hard core capitalist. P बस party hard core socialist थी. PTI somewhere in the middle थी. PTI मुझे इस बार थोड़ी capitalism से socialism पर जाती हुई नज़र आई है और उसको नज़र आया कि यार यह तो हमें capitalist capitalist class ने last time mark बड़ी खिलाई थी. कभी amnesty ले ली, कभी you know real estate में यह कर लिया, वह कर लिया. तो इस बार उनका comparatively बहुत socialist के संखा वह है agenda और वह थोड़ा थोड़ा ना अब ज़्यादा careful हो गए हैं अपने जो जो जो free market absolutes neoliberals थे ना वह थोड़े से उनसे दूर होते हुए नज़र आ रहे हैं. People's party on the other hand थोड़ी सी expand करती भी नज़र आ रही है. At this point in time मैं कहूंगा बहुत similar है. People's party और PTI in terms of the core ideology वह बहुत similar है. In terms of the manifesto और the depth वह obviously उसमें difference है. उसी में वह कह रहे public private partnership पढ़ाएंगे. हम एक नया policy framework बनाएंगे जिसमें public और private investment direct होगी towards local communities, local infrastructure and rural and low urban, low income urban areas, human capital, climate, mitigation and resilience sectors और regions जहां पर high growth potential होगा. ठीक हो गया. Protection, protecting the vulnerable. हम जो है जी ग़रीब तरीकों का बहुत ज़्यादा ख़याल रखेंगे. हम fiscal imbalance का ख़याल करेंगे क्योंकि जो है जी हमारा हम इतना tax नहीं है. So यह क्या कह रहे यह जो बात हो रही है fiscal imbalance की local economy की बात हो रही है कि government of Pakistan जो है वह अब इस वक़्त interest ज़्यादा दे रही है compared to the amount of money that they get और अगर यह जितना चलता रहा तो आगे आप hyperinflation की तरफ़ जाएंगे. अच्छा यह interesting चीज़ यह है कि जो fiscal imbalance है thank god कि यह तीनों parties के मंशूर में है तब तो आपको नज़र आता कि इनको इसका एहसास at least ज़रूर है कि थोड़ा सा हम बेहतर तरीक़े से अब अपनी fiscally responsible होंगे यह तीनों ने बोला हुआ है. तो ख़ैर यह कह रहे कि जी हम tax to GDP ratio को 15% के ऊपर लेकर जाएंगे over a five year period up here at this point in time I think 8.5 या 9% के ऊपर है. तो यह हो गया पांच, ठीक है? Management managing debt and external resources, addressing fiscal imbalances, protecting the vulnerable, investing in change और regaining economic stability. यह कह रहे जी यह हमारा five point agenda है for the new people's economy. उसके बाद में यह कहते हैं कि जी हम अब उसमें वह detail में जाते हैं. वह कहते हैं कि हम जो है वह real income बढ़ाएंगे wage earners की. यहां पर मना मुझे थोड़ा सा वह हुआ कि यार आप यह जो populist नारे हैं वह कह रहे हैं हम 8% real terms में हम income बढ़ाएंगे which basically means कि अगर 30% inflation है तो हम 38% बढ़ाएंगे आपकी living wage. कैसे बढ़ाएंगे? कुछ आपस में कुछ politics politics हो गई तो फिर देखी जाएगी कि actual में चीज़ें क्या हैं. But they they don't seem like they know actual के federal के level के problems क्या हैं और उनके solutions potentially क्या emerge कर सकते हैं. Overall manifesto में यह feel आती है ख़ैर मैं ISS सा आगे आपको लेकर जाऊंगा. Education for all हम ensure करेंगे कि सब लोग जाएं school. 25 a article कहता है कि सबको school जाना चाहिए तो हम ensure करेंगे सब जाएं. हम ensure करेंगे कि quality prime education तीस minute के travel time के अंदर दो और middle middle और secondary sixty minute के travel time में हो और हम एक fund देंगे school going children को rural और lower income urban communities के अंदर ताकि वह school चले जाएं और हम एक university बनाएंगे हर district के अंदर Pakistan की. फिर खुशहाल किसान में seeds के ऊपर काम करेंगे, subsidy देंगे, subsidy देंगे, urea के ऊपर produce को marketing करेंगे. मतलब यार I don't know. I I I've tried to be very neutral on this. I don't know maybe there is a bias here. But I want you guys to go and read this. Read the PTI manifesto then read the Peoples Party manifesto. मैं थोड़ा सा ना इसमें आगे जाता हूं. मैं आखिर में अपना सारा opinion दूंगा. इसमें बहुत कुछ लिखा हुआ है. ठीक है? तीन तीन चार चार headings हैं और वह ऐसे लग रहा है, literally वह ऐसे लग रहा है. मैंने मैंने कहा ChatGPT ने यह लिखा है but ChatGPT सबसे generic बात लिखता है. तो यहां पर ना वह generic बातें लिखी नहीं है. Primary health care units के ऊपर हम जो है वह high quality access दे देंगे. अच्छा इसके ऊपर actually उन्होंने health care के ऊपर थोड़ा सा इन्होंने depth है definitely है. IVF centers के ऊपर काम करेंगे, family planning counselors बनाएंगे, national registries बनाएंगे. Depth है बहुत छोटी चीज़ें हैं यह. यह बहुत छोटी हैं मतलब यह manifesto देकर ऐसा लग रहा है कि हां system चल रहा कोई problem नहीं है. हम कुछ चीज़ें बेहतर करने के लिए आ जाएंगे. तो वह थोड़ी feeling आ रही है. I'm not sure if majority of the public की भी feeling यही है बहुत detail में at least तीन से चार pages इन्होंने उसको दिए हैं जिसमें वह economic empowerment की बात कर रहे हैं जिसमें कहेंगे जी हम जो gender responsive budgeting होगी जिसमें जो हमारा वह है जो पैसे जो budgets हैं वह हमारे ऐसे areas में लगेंगे जहां पर genders का जो है ना जो जो women हैं particularly उनको फ़ायदा हो सके वह uplift हो सके. हम अपने social safety nets को बढ़ाएंगे. हम dedicated credit programs बनाएंगे जहां पर ख़वातीन को जो है वह interest free या reduced interest के ऊपर loans मिल सकते हैं, वह चीज़ें मिल सकती हैं, vocational trainings मिल सकती हैं और general inclusive land reforms लेकर आऐंगे. एक interesting point है जिसके अंदर हम कह रहे कि जी women's ownership of cultivatable land को हम बढ़ाएंगे ताकि क्योंकि land जो है वह Pakistan में particularly वह power की निशानी है क्योंकि वह आपकी wealth है, वह आपकी सारा कुछ है तो वह अगर women के पास जाएगी तो automatically the empowerment of women will definitely increase. So that was good. फिर access to health care के ऊपर उन्होंने कहा है कि जी pregnant women, lactating women को health care का access मिलना चाहिए, family planning, reproductive health का access मिलना चाहिए. Political sphere के अंदर एक जो थोड़ी radical चीज़ है वही है. कह रहे कि जी हम reserve seats for women जो है वह 17% से उठाकर 33% कर देंगे. National और provincial assemblies में ताकि ज़्यादा participation हो of the women in politics. I think that's interesting. मैं generally equality या उसमें मैं equity में believe करता हूं but I think equity के अंदर भी again I don't know I have mixed feelings. I'm not gonna say I'm against this. I'm also not gonna say I'm fully pro this. I'm not sure कि reserve seats कितना वह लेकर आएंगी, impact लेकर आएंगी. Particularly क्योंकि in a society जहां पर elite capture बहुत ज़्यादा होता है तो वह होता यह है कि जो ख़वातीन हैं वह वह जो true representation है ना grass root level empowered ख़वातीन ऊपर आई हैं और वह आकर कर रही हैं. वह नहीं आ पाता. तो maybe a better way would be कि आप जो है वह dedicated elections रखवाएं जिसमें सिर्फ़ dedicated ख़वातीन कर सकती हैं ताकि you actually have choice of women who are participating in it and हमें ज़्यादा empowered ख़वाती नहीं मिले again यह fact है आप जाकर देख लें national assembly के अंदर reserve seats के अंदर you know इस politician की भांजी तो उस politician की बेटी तो उस politician की बहन so so on and so forth so that is not that doesn't do anything so it's यह नाराबाज़ी type ही है उसका actual impact नहीं है सत्रह percent पर नहीं था तो तैंतीस percent पर भी नहीं होगा तो I'm still confused about this but nonetheless CNIC registration of women, code of conduct for character assassination of women, code of conduct in consensus with all political parties, legal recognition of single parent. This is very good and very useful. Access to justice and protection against discrimination. Gender based discrimination and violence के ख़िलाफ़ जो है वह हम उसके ऊपर बहुत detail में किया है और बड़ा अच्छा किया हुआ है इन्होंने. तो यहां पर नज़र आ रहा है. अब यह देखें ना यह नज़र आ रहा है कि इसके ऊपर काम हुआ हुआ है और जो people's party का काम हुआ है उसकी depth है और उस depth के ऊपर यह वाली detail PTI level detail इसके अंदर है. Review of discriminatory laws, gender sensitivity of sexual violence cases, establishment of ECP task force, raising electoral tickets for women, empowering women in local governance, enhanced representation and decision making, women caucuses so on and so forth बहुत detailed है. जैसे यह बताने का मकसद यह था यह detail में. जिस point के ऊपर इन्होंने actually focus करके उनको पता है ना तो उन्होंने उसके ऊपर detail भी दी हुई है. So that's actually pretty good. फिर social protection में फिर detail में जाते जाहिर पता कि उस party का एक बड़ा वह है BISP program था और और यह उनका core है against socialist party. Ending chronic hunger and food insecurity. We will eradicate severe food insecurity within five years by establishing a robust system to protect 4,500,000 individuals at risk coupled with a targeted approach to alleviate moderate food insecurity by having the affected population. कैसे करेंगे? We will do that. How? No idea. End goal लिखा हुआ है. यह नहीं लिखा हुआ कि हम actually करेंगे क्या तो हम जिससे ही end goal होगा. मतलब यह end goal तो सब करना चाहते ना? यह end goal तो मैं सब मैं आज political party बनाता मैं भी यह लिखूंगा I want to end. Chronic hunger and food insecurity. थोड़ी depth में जाए sir थोड़ा बताएं तो सही कि कैसे करेंगे? हम food insecurity में यही x y z चीज़ें करेंगे but खैर anyways foster collaboration between federal and provincial social protection systems tailored to local needs additional resources for social protection अच्छा यह थोड़ा सा इन्होंने detail दे दी party will seize untarget subsidies यह एक बहुत major shift है p p बस party यह कह रही है कि untarget subsidies ख़त्म करेंगे. यह सारी parties कह रही हैं आपकी हम subsidies कम करेंगे. तो एक महंगाई की layer लहर आएगी majority of middle class and above लोगों के लिए आने वाले भक्त के अंदर और उसको probably यह IMF का हम social protection framework जो BISP का targeted framework है उसमें पैसे डालेंगे और हम social protection का जो spend है वह 0.6 जो GDP से बढ़ाकर 1.2% करेंगे. This is good. This is the sort of depth that I expected in a lot of other areas, very important areas. ख़ैर फिर आगे यह फिर से हुआ जाते हैं human rights and dignity के ऊपर. वह कहते हैं जी protection of journalists, legislation on torture, freedom of speech, enforced disappearance इन सारी चीज़ों के ऊपर करेंगे. Death penalty reform के ऊपर काम करेंगे, protection of human right defenders के ऊपर काम करेंगे, support for terrorism victims के ऊपर काम करेंगे. Oversight of intelligence agencies करेंगे. Measures will be taken to bring state intelligence agencies under legislation ensuring oversight and accountability. Also effort will be made to depolitize and de cooperatize the national security complex. So यह बड़ा अच्छा इन्होंने प्यार से थोड़ा सा अंदर. अलावा है, अच्छा है. यह this is very good. PMLN ने तो बस economics से focus किया ना. इन्होंने actually खामोशी खामोशी बहुत सारी चीज़ें डाली हैं जो है वह ख़वातीन जो working women है उनके लिए. एक तो हम काम करेंगे daycare centers बनाएंगे और उसके अलावा हम complete ban लगाएंगे कि domestic service के अंदर बच्चा नहीं है. अठारह साल से छोटा नहीं काम कर सकता which is a good thing. Implement अगर कर पाएं तो that would be great. Human rights of persons with disabilities उसके ऊपर है human rights of transgender persons. वह कह रहे जी दो हज़ार अठारह का जो transgender bill था उसको हम ensure करेंगे कि उसकी implementation properly हो जो exact वह वाला law था वही exact as it is implement हो. Human rights of children यह बहुत अच्छा था और यह बहुत detail में है और इसमें इन्होंने काम पता लग रहा है कि बहुत detail में काम किया हुआ है. उसके ऊपर ठीक ठाक detail के अंदर उन्होंने बताया हुआ है कह रहे कि जो vision है वह यह हम कह रहे हैं कि हम strive कर रहे हैं कि by 2030 fertility rate two three two point two children per women पर आ चुकी हो और population growth rate जो है वह 1.1% पर आ चुकी हो और उसमें उन्होंने काफ़ी मतलब अच्छा इन्होंने comprehensive plan दिया हुआ है कि lady head workers कहता हमने किस काम करना है, हमने national narrative किस तरह निकालना है so on and so forth. This was good. Rights of digital platform workers जो मैंने आपको कहा था ना gig workers पिछले episode में आपको बताया था. उसके ऊपर काम properly हो. Civil civil service के ऊपर हम reforms लेकर आऐंगे. Overseas पाक्षतानी को right to vote देंगे. Workers की remittance के ऊपर हम boost करने के लिए कुछ plan करेंगे. Art culture and music को काम करने के लिए हम promote करेंगे उसको. Again nothing nothing detail, nothing radical. Prioritizing the rule of law, justice for all. उसके बाद है जी water for life, managing water scarcity. Food security के बाद actually इच्छा काम हुआ है clearly जो farmers background है previous party का वह उस पर नज़र आ रहा है and then उसके बाद फिर energy के ऊपर इन्होंने दिया है और climate change के ऊपर दिया है. जो एक interesting चीज़ जो मुझे feel हुई वह यह थी कि इन्होंने foreign policy के ऊपर काफ़ी detail दे दी है और जाहिर है जो ज़ल्फ़गाली भूटो साहब थे वह भी foreign foreign minister रहे हैं for a very long time before वह prime minister बने. तो उनका भी core foreign policy था. बिलावल भूटो साहब का भी core foreign policy बना. तो इस वजह से इसके ऊपर उन्होंने बहुत detail में बात की हुई है. हमने गायजी दुनिया का निज़ाम change हो रहा है. एक नया global political order आ रहा है और उस political order के अंदर हमने Pakistan को किस तरह से नए निज़ाम में लेकर जाना है वह overall अच्छा है in the sense कि जो जो इन्होंने analysis या जो एक framework दिया हुआ है वह अच्छा है और समझ आ रहा इनको. Noon League को foreign policy wise Noon League seemed like बिल्कुल brain dead to be very honest. PTI का मैंने आपको बता दिया जी उन्होंने तो वह भी गए नहीं होते हैं फ़ल सफ़े पर गए उन्होंने कहा जी हम ऐसे हैं हम बाकी दुनिया जैसी I don't care हम ऐसे हैं वह उन्होंने एक page हट दिया इन्होंने आठ दस pages दिए हैं और proper उन्होंने detail में गए हैं कि जो changing global order है उसमें हमने किस तरह से participate करना है? जो जो Asian century है उसमें हमने किस तरह से उसको capitalize करना है? It's good. The foreign policy part of the Peoples Party manifesto is probably the best out of all three. तो तो that's personally very good. Afghanistan का कह रहे कि जी हम Afghanistan से दोस्ती करेंगे. हम जो है वह constructive dialogue शुरू करना चाहिए restart करना चाहिए New Delhi के साथ. India के उसमें उन्होंने कहा कि जी India के साथ दोस्ती यारी बड़ी ज़रूरी है करनी चाहिए trade और cooperative relationship build करनी चाहिए और जो है ना हमें हां Pakistan के sovereignty और territorial के problems हैं उसको उसके not withstanding but हमें दोस्त यारी करनी चाहिए India की तरफ़ हमें जाना चाहिए. फिर इसी तरीके से और फिर उन्होंने बताया भाई मैंने कहा जी gas pipeline आ सकती है trade है ok which is true as well कि India के साथ जो जो trade है उससे पूरे region को फ़ायदा होगा हमें भी उसको सोचना चाहिए जब तुर्की जो है और Middle East जो है वह दुश्मन है Israel का लेकिन trade उनके साथ कर रहा है आजकल तो ख़ैर sensitive हालात है तो ये example इतनी वो नहीं होती लेकिन trade is always important trade is always good आपकी जो जो दुश्मनी है वो आप रखें अपनी India China कितनी दुश्मनी है लेकिन trade चल रही है अभी neighbors, पहले उन्होंने कहा neighbors neighbors में कहा India, Afghanistan, कश्मीर और बस यह neighbors है. ठीक है? Iran conspicuously गायब है. China कब mention ही नहीं है? China का word ही mention नहीं है. मेरा ख़ैला मैं अगर control f करके computer पर search भी करूं ना तो वह भी शायद mention नहीं है. मैं चाहूंगा आप जाए और जाकर search करें. But beyond the reason उसमें उन्होंने कहा जी America के साथ तालुकात कैसे होने चाहिए? Pakistan के साथ America के साथ प्रणिका जी हमें साथ ही Africa में भी जाना चाहिए हमें Latin America में भी जाना चाहिए. हमें अपनी SEO की जो organization जो Shanghai cooperation organization है उसको इस्तेमाल करके हमें pan Asia को part में participate करना चाहिए. इस सारे में China का ज़िक्र नहीं है. अच्छा उसके बाद उन्होंने कहा कि जी हम जो है वह meanwhile हम multilateralism में करेंगे, हम UN में participate करेंगे, हम वह सारा कुछ करेंगे बहुत अच्छा है. Diplomacy और global outreach को हम बढ़ाएंगे बहुत अच्छा है. China नहीं है. Iran नहीं है. It it it it so so anyways यहां पर ख़त्म हो जाता manifesto. अब मैं अपने कुछ तास और रात आपको मोटे देता हूं. जो document है वो बिल्कुल दो तो जो urgency, जो radical reforms की requirement थी वह तो दूर दूर तक इसके अंदर नहीं है. वह language भी नहीं है, वह thought भी नहीं है. But more than that जो structural reforms की बात होती है ना कि यार हम हमें तो structural reforms की ज़रूरत है यानी कि this idea जो talk shows पर सारे बोलते हैं जो हर economist से मेरी बात हुई है जो हर businessman से मेरी बात हुई है वह कह रहा यार निज़ाम तबा हुआ है निज़ाम में structural changes चाहिए हम bankrupt होने वाले थे. इसमें तो दूर दूर तक नहीं है भाई structural changes. इसमें literally लेपाप होती है. इसमें बस यह है कि हम इसकी task force बना देंगे. हम इसकी जो है ना यूं implementation कर देंगे. हम इसका यह कर देंगे. Nonetheless, I don't wanna be too critical but इस manifesto को पढ़कर PPAs party के अगर government आती है it will be business as usual. It will be the same thing that we have experienced over the last fifty sixty years. Maybe people might feel कि that's ok. That's peoples prerogative but feeling यह है कि they believe that Pakistan ठीक है इतना भी बुरा नहीं है तभी के बाद थोड़ा emotional हो जाता है but इतना भी बुरा नहीं है और हां हम थोड़ी सी इस्लाह कर देंगे कोई ऐसा मसला नहीं तो अगर एक job interview के लिए होता ना तो Pakistan एक ऐसी company है जो bankrupt होने वाली है तो उसमें PTI आकर कह रही है कि जी इस company को completely restructuring की ज़रूरत है ground up. Peoples party कह रही है कि sir आपकी company बेहतरीन है कोई ऐसा मसला नहीं है. आप मुझे hire करें. आपको management बेहतर चाहिए बस. मुझे hire कर लें मैं इसको manage कर लूंगा कोई ऐसा issue नहीं है. Country आपकी company आपकी ok है. तो यह वाली feeling आ रही है. तीसरा यह है कि जो एक चीज़ जो अगर मैं कहूं ना कि एक hint मिली है इस इस इस document से वह hint यह मिली है कि Peoples Party Pakistan को क्योंकि देखिए इस time के ऊपर globally एक एक cold war चल रही है. एक एक multipolar world emerge कर रहा है China camp versus America camp जिसमें China के camp के अंदर जो है वह Russia, China, global south जो पिछले दिनों China ने one belt, one road के ऊपर एक सौ बीस, और फिर एक America का camp है. America है उसके अंदर, Europe है उसके अंदर और India seemingly emerge कर रहा है उसके अंदर. India थोड़ा सा confused भी है वह Russia को भी वह नहीं करना चाहता लेकिन वह quad का हिस्सा है और वह Western Camp में जा रहा है और वह proper है as a counter to China. इस foreign policy document ने बड़ा clearly और categorically आपको यह बता दिया है कि Peoples party की government Pakistan को उठाकर fully Western camp में लेकर जाएगी. Peoples party की government जो है वह वह China के बारे में China के China से engage करती रहेगी छोटा सा खामोशी off the table but China being such an important player उसका mention तक इसके अंदर नहीं है. Iran का mention इसके अंदर नहीं है वह दोनों players Russia का mention इसके अंदर नहीं है जहां से हमें potentially सस्ती energy मिलनी है and so on and so forth. तो जो जो American adversaries हैं उसका कोई ज़िक्र नहीं है इसके अंदर. जो जो इस वक़्त American camp में है उसके बारे में कहा है कि यार हम India से दोस्ती करने के लिए तैयार हैं. हम जो है वो you know Middle East से हम अपना कर लेंगे system कर लेंगे हम नई दुनिया में ये x y z कर लेंगे लेकिन किसी किस्म की engagement की बात China के बारे में नहीं की गई किसी किस्म की engagement की बात Iran के बारे में नहीं की गई which is also very interesting because previous party के अंदर there is a huge representation of ऐलितिषी and historically it has been a very pro ऐलितिषी party but यह shift मुझे नज़र आया क्योंकि मैं expect कर रहा था कि Iran के बारे में कुछ ना कुछ इनकी policy कि Pakistan के अंदर किस तरीके से जो Pakistan की political battle है वह actually politics नहीं है वह geopolitics है और उसके अंदर different nodes हैं. ग़लत सही कि मैं debate नहीं कर रहा but different belief systems हैं. एक belief system कहता है कि यार हमारा future एक independent sovereign state है जो कि अपने interest के लिए जो भी उसने decision लेना वह लेगा. जो कि आपको PTI की जो foreign policy का जो जो थोड़ा सा उन्होंने दिया है वह वह नज़र आ रहा वह कहने जी हम अपनी मर्ज़ी से करेंगे और हम neutrality रखेंगे और हम x y z करेंगे. इस document से यह यह एक दूसरी side emerge कर रही है जो कि आपको कह रही है कि यार America has been the future, has has been the past. America has always won all cold war और all everything and we believe that America is the future and so therefore we will push, pull all of our weights behind America and and so again मैंने कहा रही अच्छा है या बुरा है. You can decide कि आपको क्या लगता है कि क्या हम in terms of foreign policy and in terms of the global world order क्या आपको लगता है कि Pakistan को American camp की तरफ़ जाना चाहिए? या आपको लगता है कि Pakistan को global South के साथ जो एक emerge कर रहा है जिसमें Asia की बहुत सारी countries हैं, Africa की बहुत सारी countries हैं जो कि spearhead कर रहा है China और Russia. क्या हमें उनके साथ आगे जाना चाहिए? But anyways यहां पर मैं इसको end करूंगा. मुझे ज़रूर बताइएगा कि आपके क्या thoughts and opinions हैं?
