सामने ख़बदीनों आज़रात welcome back to another episode of दिल की बाद. आज के episode जैसा कि मैंने आपको promise किया था कि Fridays को मैं question and answers किया करूंगा जिसमें आप में से काफ़ी सारे लोगों ने मेरी email address के ऊपर questions भेजे हुए हैं. So I'm gonna get straight to the point. मैं उन सवालात को पढूंगा and then I'm gonna share my thoughts on it. सबसे पहले अब्दुल साहब कहते हैं, hello मुज़मिल. I come from right wing and I had to ask, do you think that maybe you weren't as logical when you were following the right? Before you started thinking logically and reasonably, you shifted to the left so perhaps you never truly understood right in real means. Right और left जो है वह बहुत different framework में इस्तेमाल होता है. तो again यह जो labels हैं ना कुछ core fundamentals हैं और जब आप देखेंगे ना आप 99% of the people Pakistan में ख़ासकर आपको liberal बंदा मिले, conservative बंदा मिले, अगर वह religion में believe करता है, अगर वह religious framework को follow करता है तो आप देखेंगे कि वह उन fundamentals पर सब agreed है. जो आपको क़ुरान और सुन्नत में fundamentals मिले हैं वह उन सब पर agreed हैं. वह disagreements उनकी किस पर आती हैं? वह disagreements आती हैं जो कयास और इलज़मा वाला जो part है ना जिसमें modern दुनिया में नई नई चीज़ें आ रही हैं और उन नई नई चीज़ों के ऊपर different interpretations हैं. लेकिन पहला मुझे आप उसको logic के ऊपर करें. हमारा जो discourse है, जो हमारा framework है जिसके ऊपर हम चीज़ों को judge करना है वह logic पर होना चाहिए क्योंकि again personally I believe Islam is an incredibly incredibly logical religion. जब मैं कहता हूं ना कि people who adhere to religion, people who believe कि religion has the right set of values और अगर हम truly उन values को pursue करें, उनको follow करें और उनको implement करें तो ना सिर्फ़ हम peaceful होंगे, ना सिर्फ़ हमारी safety and security होगी, ना सिर्फ़ हमारी prosperity होगी. बल्कि हम बहुत अच्छे से grow भी करेंगे. मेरे हिसाब से वह लोग center में. Left या liberal या westernized वह लोग हैं जो कहते हैं religion को की तालुक नहीं है. I don't believe that. I think कि religion का हमारी daily particular interpretation है वह वाली religion implement होनी चाहिए. Again, मैं उसे agree नहीं करता. I think interpretations बहुत सारी हैं. हमें as a मुआश्रा, as a society सबको मिलकर बैठना है. उसके ऊपर debate करनी है, healthy debate करनी है, Islamic history में debate होती रही है आज तक. जितने इतने बड़े इमाम आए हैं वह तमाम जो हैं वह different different चीज़ों पर debate करते थे और उस debate से फिर वह आगे rules बनाते थे कि हां logic की basis के ऊपर यह ruling है जो कि आने वाले मुसलमान मानेंगे और उसमें जब मैं logic की बात करता हूं ना तो लोगों को आप जो आहदीस हैं जो तमाम scholars के rationales हैं. Rationales बहुत important होते हैं. उन तमाम को पढ़ने के बाद आप एक logical conclusion दें. अगर आप उस point पर आ गए तो मुझे लगता है कि आप center में आ जाएंगे. अगर आप नहीं आए तो फिर आप right और left पर होंगे. Again, I don't know आपको समझ आइए but that's my understanding of left and right. And if I believe कि religion is a very integral part of my life, I will not call myself right is because the of the way that I deal with it. Again, similar सवाल है. मलिकारी साहब कहते हैं what is the definition of truth? If we look at it from an Islamic perspective, truth is what god and the prophet, peace be upon him, call right. Whereas from a secular perspective, truth is what a person gathers through evidence and reasoning and then decides through their intellect, which is rationality. यह बात आपकी दोस्त है. Of the truths as defined by कुरान and prophet, please be upon him, we should then utilize our rationality and logical thinking. और जैसा कि आपने बोला and gather the truth through evidence and reasoning and then decide through intellect, which is called rationality. तो framework के top पर मैं रखूंगा the fundamental truths defined by the क़ुरान and the सुन्ना और and then उससे आगे फिर मैं जो कि again इस्लाम में भी यही है कि आपने पहले क़ुरान हदीज़ को follow करना है sir ना बोलें sir. In your opinion, what is West thinking about Ukrainian people and Ukraine war? My second question is regarding Iranian president tour to Pakistan, especially Iran, Pakistan gas pipeline. What is your opinion? अब इसमें जो आपने पहला बोला, what is the West thinking about Ukrainian people and Ukraine war in my opinion? In my opinion West particularly America जो है उसको Russia को control करना था. Russia बहुत rapidly grow कर रहा था और again historically America जो है वह Russia के साथ एक tussle में रहा है. तो उसको control करने के लिए उनका एक major जो source of revenue था वह gas provide कर रहे थे to Europe. तो उनको उसको disrupt करना था. फिर उनको एक reason, एक rationale चाहिए Russia को sanction करने के लिए ताकि Russia जो है वह मसीद grow ना कर सके तो Ukraine serves as that purpose. तीसरा यह कि American economy largely उनके military industrial complex भी चलती है. जिस military industrial complex को free money चाहिए होता है continuously हमेशा होता रहा है. तो क्योंकि America की economically हालात इतने अच्छे नहीं हैं जो अभी recently आपने सुना होगा कि American people ने साठ अरब dollar Ukraine को दिए हैं. वह अगर आप actually उसकी गहराई में जाएं तो उन्होंने Ukraine को साठ अरब dollar नहीं दिए. उन्होंने वह साठ अरब dollar actually अपने, military industrial complex को दिए हैं. जिसको इस्तेमाल करके वह military industrial complex जो है वह weapons बनाएगा जो कि वह Ukraine भेजेगा. So if you think about it, America के economics के हालात ख़राब हैं. उनका inequality बढ़ रही है, उनके यहां लोग homeless हो रहे हैं, उनका immigration crisis है और उस time के ऊपर उनकी एक elite बैठी हुई है जो कि military industrial complex चलाती है. अब उस elite ने अगर अपने पास मज़ीद पैसे लेकर आने हैं, हैं, वह घर नहीं ले पा रहे, economics के हालात tight हुए हैं. हमारा debt historic high पर है. तो उसके ऊपर American public नहीं मानेगी. लेकिन अगर इसी को मैं flip करता हूं, मैं एक existential threat बना देता हूं जो कि existential threat है भी नहीं. अगर मैं कहता कि यार American public को यह बोला है कि यार विचार एक मासूम लोग हैं उनके ख़िलाफ़ Russian aggression जो है वह उनको ख़त्म करना चाहती है और उसके खाते में आप $60,000,000,000 print करके जाकर military industrial complex की जेब में डालते हैं. तो सब लोग चुप करके accept करते जो कि हमने देखा कि उन्होंने किया. तो again in a lot of ways it's purely politics और इसके ऊपर start में इनको यह लगा था मुझे लगता है कि यहां पर west ने ग़लती की है and this further proves the narrative कि West is a declining power थे और China actually उनका real target है. वह कहते हैं ना Russia तो बहानना था, China असल निशाना था. तो actually America जो है वह China को control करना चाहता है because Russia is not a threat to to The US. China is China militarily तो threat हो या ना हो. Even though historically China has never been expansionist. USSR तो आप फिर भी कह सकते हैं कि वह जंगू जदल वाला है. लेकिन USSR की economics क़रीब भी नहीं पहुंचती America के. मतलब उनका scale क़रीब भी नहीं पहुंचता. वह maximum Germany से compete कर लेंगे but China जो है ना वह actual real threat है to American hegemony and American power. And so अगर उन्होंने इस पूरे region को control करना था जहां पर वह eventually आप देखेंगे कि वह China की तरफ़ आऐंगे, South China Sea में वह Taiwan की ख़ब डालेंगे and again आने वाले episodes में मैं आपको पूरा explain करूंगा कि, you know, क्या क्या चल रहा है उन regions के अंदर? Battle और they sound sincerely worried at this point in time. दूसरा question आपने कहा Pakistan और Iran का. देखें sir, Pakistan और Iran का जो मेरा understanding है वह यह है. बड़ा interesting था actually. I was, pleasantly surprised जब यह दौरा हुआ और जितने seriously इसको लिया गया तो मुझे बड़ी ख़ुशी भी हुई. Overall जो आपकी political uncertainty है वह आपको weaken करती है when you have to negotiate. You previously mentioned live experiences and exploring different perspective as a way to gain knowledge. However, I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed and unsure where to begin. Sir, इसके ऊपर मैं आपको यह कहूंगा कि do not get overwhelmed कि पता नहीं क्या कुछ है. Like, again, knowledge दुनिया में बहुत ज़्यादा है your peers, for example. So don't worry about it too much. Don't get overwhelmed. You don't have to read an extensive amount of books कि यार आप लोगों से पूछें यार कौन सी books में पढूं मुझे बताएं मैं वह पढ़ता हूं. Just find areas of interest, start exploring those and then over time आपको ख़ुद से एक समझ आएगी कि यार इस area of interest में मैं इस चीज़ के बारे में interested हूं. इसकी मैं कोई किताब पढ़ लेता हूं. So let yourself find the material that you want to consume rather than you looking out for material कि यार मैं हर चीज़ consume करने की कोशिश करूं. वह humanly possible नहीं है. There's way too much information available in the world. तो हां, मैं यह कहूंगा कि थोड़ा थोड़ा habit को change करें, habit बनाएं और extra चीज़ें और ख़ासकर अगर आपको पढ़ने का इतना शौक नहीं है तो YouTube में बहुत ज़्यादा इस तरह करता हूं कि मैं कि in the future next fifty years why is semiconductor industry the single point जो define करेगी कि अगली superpower कौन सी है? इसी तरीके से मैं interested था. Twitter पर एक debate चल रही थी तो मैं interested था कि यार hydrogen के बारे में पढ़ूं. अब आप मुझसे hydrogen के बारे में बात करेंगे. यह back of the mind में एक thought पड़ी हुई है. अब कल को कोई और चीज़ होती है जिसमें hydrogen mention होगा तो मेरे लिए इस knowledge को channel करना बड़ा आसान होगा. तो इस तरीके से different different areas of interest के around content पढ़े, videos देखें. YouTube is a great source. मतलब आप उसमें बहुत सारी videos आती हैं. Obviously, you have to skim through. बहुत सारा content ऐसा है जो बस तस्वीरें डालकर एक बंदा view कर रहा है. लेकिन बहुत सारा content बड़े platforms का है. Vox का हो गया, CNBC का हो गया, Business Insider का हो गया और बहुत सारे different independent channels हैं. वह बड़ा अच्छा analysis भी देते हैं, वह बड़ा अच्छा detail भी देते हैं. क्योंकि internet के ऊपर information बहुत ज़्यादा है. यह जो videos हैं और जो articles हैं वह उस information को process करके आप तक knowledge पहुंचाते हैं. अगर आप information में घुस जाएंगे ना तो फिर तो आप overwhelm ही होंगे. लेकिन अगर आप knowledge के ऊपर focus करेंगे तो आपको थोड़ा amount of material जो कि आपके लिए consume करना आसान है उसके अंदर आपको एक vast perspective आसानी से मिल जाएगा. अच्छा, सज़ुल्लाह ख़ान साहब ने दो सवालात पूछे हैं. दूसरे सवाल का मैं जवाब already दे चुका हूं. Similar to another question जो आ चुका है. पहला सवाल उनका यह है, someone entrenched in the world of IT as a data analyst. I'm curious about your perspective on the potential impact of AI on the IT sector. Do you believe it's worthwhile for individuals to invest in learning IT related skills amidst this technological shift? देखिए इसमें मेरा यह opinion है कि skills सीखना तो goes without saying आप सीखें. कोई उसमें problem नहीं है. जो एक additional चीज़ लोगों को करनी है वह यह करनी है जो again मैंने पिछली video में mention किया था कि big picture and holistic approach के for example या ख़ुद क्योंकि मैं data analyst रहा हूं पहले तो एक आपकी skill है for example कि आप Python सीख लेते हैं या एक आपकी skill है कि आप SQL सीख लेते हैं for example. अब वह skill in itself हो सकता है कि automate हो जाए. उसमें आपको scripts लिखने ना पड़े, उसमें आप AI की मदद से दस चीज़ें कर सकते हैं. लेकिन जब आप किसी भी industry में data analyst के तौर पर काम कर रहे होते हैं या किसी भी industry के अंदर आप किसी भी client के लिए कुछ बना रहे होते हैं तो उस client की अपनी requirement है. कुछ कोई framework है, कोई business knowledge है कि यार अच्छा telecom industry इस तरह operate करती है, उसका data इस तरह manage होता है, banking इस तरह operate करती है. तो आपका काम है कि आप problem solver बनें. आपका काम है कि आप product manager की तरह सोचना शुरू कर दें. Skill सीखें जिसको वह human sense होगी कि मुझे actually problem क्या solve करवानी है? जिसमें product management का जो role है ना वह बड़ा इस तरह से interesting होता है कि वह technical भी होता है बंदा लेकिन उसको actually product की approach होती है कि यार मुझे problem solve क्या करवानी है? तो वह अगर आप समझ जाएं overall अगर आप business की जो problem statements हैं उसकी sense लेना शुरू कर दें तो I think your future proof. Having said that overall AI का impact मुझे यह लगता है कि currently जिस तरीके से हम काम करते हैं in terms of जो हमारी IT की skills हैं और IT का जो काम है, जो understanding है हमारी कि IT का काम होगा क्या? मुझे लगता है कि पांच साल बाद वह काम बहुत radically different होगा. I think you're gonna need a lot more problem solvers than people who are just skill based जिसकी वजह से मुझे बड़ा fear है कि Pakistan में हम बहुत सारे ऐसे लोग तो बना रहे हैं जो तीन तीन महीने के boot camps करा करके हम skills तो सिखा रहे हैं. अगर कोई बंदा for example किसी ने already fundamental और computer science पढ़ी हुई है और वह कोई marketable skill सीख रहा है, that's fine वह boot camp कर ले. लेकिन just learning skill alone will not future proof you in the AI world. जो university की utility आपको नज़र आएगी कि चार साल में जो आपको core fundamentals सिखाए जाते थे ना, वह actually बड़े useful होंगे in the times of AI. This will actually open up your mind in solving problems in different industries using IT. So, मुझे यह लगता है कि जहां पर आपके दस लोग एक problem को solve कर रहे थे, वहां पर आपका अब एक बंदा चाहिए होगा aided by AI. लेकिन because the cost will get less, so now the problems that are being solved by IT, that will grow radically. So मुझे नहीं लगता लोग बहुत ज़्यादा jobless होंगे. मुझे लगता nature of jobs बदल जाएंगी. Productivity increase होगी. Again, सौ बंदे एक company में एक problem को solve करने के बजाए दस दस लोग दस companyयों में दस different problem solve कर रहे होंगे और दस different areas में value create कर रहे होंगे. उसके लिए आपको जो है ना वह understanding of different different fields बहुत ज़्यादा चाहिए. जिसके लिए why I feel like कि critical thinking, humanities, arts इस तरह के जो subjects हैं, उसकी knowledge computer scientist को होना बहुत ज़रूरी है. वह सिर्फ़ वह सिर्फ़ एक framework पर नहीं चल सकते कि बस यह मुझे जो technical वह है, वह जो business का बंदा है उसने मेरे लिए problem statement को break break break करके इतना granular कर दिया जिसके around मैं code लिखूंगा और मेरा काम हो जाएगा. अब आप जो है वह liaison है between business and the AI which is solving the technology problem. How do you do that? I think that's that's my thought. I don't know मैं उसको explain कर सके ज़्यादा detail में. Again, we'll do a detailed video on this later on. अली खान साहब कहते as a student getting into my university, what are the most important things that I should learn, equip myself if the university doesn't provide them for a better career? अली भाई, इसमें मैं आपको यही कहूंगा कि जो university है, उसका काम है आपको core fundamentals of जो भी आपकी degree है उसके बारे में बताना. उसका काम यह नहीं है कि आपको industry में place करना. So university को आपने लेना है as a place of learning जहां पर आपके पास चार साल हैं, बहुत time है, बहुत space है to be able to easily freely learn in depth about of whatever industry that you're going into. अगर मैं engineering कर रहा हूं तो engineers होते क्या हैं? कैसे बनते हैं? You know, उसके core है क्या? उसकी evolution क्या है? आप उसको समझ रहे हैं. उसके बाद आज की तारीख़ में engineering कैसे होती है और आज की तारीख़ में engineering problems क्या हैं? जिनको मुझे solve करना है वह आपको university से बाहर सीखना पड़ेगा और अगर आप उसको साथ साथ चलाते रहेंगे जिसमें आप research करेंगे यार अच्छा जो भी मेरी degree है और साथ फिर इसको backtrack करके कि यार वह problem जो solving हो रही है, वह किस तरह हो रही है, वह कौन से tools को use करके हो रही है, उसमें कहां पर potentially vacuum exist करता है और फिर ढूंढने कि यार अच्छा आपके Pakistan में आपके क़रीब आप उसके एक mentee वन जाएं. आप उसके समझ लें कि apprentice वन जाएं एक तरह से और आप तीन महीने, चार महीने लगाकर उससे समझें कि यार trade के अंदर what are the tricks of the trade? What are the tools? उन tools को किस तरह सीखा जा सकता है. यह आप outside of university अपना बरकरार रखें हैं. हर साल आप अपनी summers में आप यह कर लें. Even university के दौरान अगर आपके पास opportunity है ना शामों को करें, just connect yourself with people. Forget about the money.
