2024 Elections: Rigging or Reality?

सामने ख़बरदीना आज रात. Welcome back to another episode of दिल की बात. आज के episode वैसे Friday को आनी थी लेकिन आप सबको पता है कि Pakistan में elections हुए Thursday को और फिर उसके बाद एक drama start हुआ जो कि Friday को भी हुआ, Saturday को भी हुआ, पूरे weekend चला और आज वैसे तो आप देख रहे हैं Monday night को लेकिन मैं Sunday night को यह record कर रहा हूं because मैं normally एक दिन पहले record करता हूं ताकि वह edit हो और फिर upload हो जाए. So जो भी मैं आज बात करूंगा वह data Sunday night तक के data को मद्देनज़र रखते हुए process हुआ है. आज के episode में मैंने सोचा था कि Pakistan की economy के बारे में थोड़ी सी बात करूं largely because मैंने सोचा था कि elections हो चुके होंगे, कोई नई government decide हो चुकी होगी, उनको मद्देनज़र रखते हुए जब हम Pakistan की economy को unpack करेंगे तो it might help us understand कि आने वाले वक़्त potentially कैसे हो सकते हैं. But as with everything in Pakistan, things aren't that easy and अभी तक Sunday night तक कोई serious हल्कों की तरफ़ से हमें कोई idea नहीं है कि आने वाले वक़्त की government कौन बनाएगा. तो आज के episode में मैंने सोचा कि मैं आपको एक तो recap दे दूं for a lot of those people जिनको कुछ समझ नहीं आ रही कि सत्ताक्षतान के elections में क्या हो रहा है? यह क्या drama है? हम तो गए थे vote करने, things were supposed to be simple. What the hell is going on? तो एक तो आपको थोड़ा सा recap दे दूं और दूसरा again based on the data that is available हम थोड़ा सा project कर लें कि a government कौन बना रहा है? किस shape and form में बना रहा है? और b आने वाले वक़्त में क्या होगा? अच्छा जी, सबसे पहले तो आठ फरवरी को Pakistan में पूरे Pakistan में elections हुए, properly हुए, by and large without any major incident हुए. कुछ लोगों ने, कुछ जगहों ने report किया कि बलूचिस्तान में हालात थोड़े ख़राब हुए, but we don't have a lot of clarity about that. इतनी information unfortunately बलूचिस्तान से नहीं निकलती. By and large बाकी Pakistan में without any major incident elections होते रहे. अच्छा अब कुछ polling stations में particularly in कराची कुछ weird situation ऐसी हुई कि सुबह नौ बजे या आठ बजे जब polling start होनी थी तो polling start ही नहीं हुई. In fact यह polling drag होती गई. वहां का जो अमला था वह कह रहा था कि जी हमारे पास तो election का process start हुआ. Obviously for a lot of people that was very poor management because उससे हुआ यह कि normally start में एकदम से लोग energetic होकर सुबह सुबह आ जाते हैं, lineओं में खड़े हो जाते हैं, उसमें बूढ़े लोग भी होते हैं. You know, बहुत Isolated incidents here and there but by and large international observers भी यही कहते हैं कि election का जो इनाकाद हुआ वह peaceful था और वह successful था. अब थोड़ा सा हम इसमें PTI की बात कर लेते उनके PTI is has emerged as the single largest party albeit कि वह independence है but it is the single largest party. थोड़ा सा उसके बारे में हम बात कर लेते हैं. PTI as a party जब इस election में आई है तो एक तो उनके पास symbol नहीं था हम सबको पता है court case था पता नहीं किस किस किस्म के symbols थे कोई racket था कोई बैंगन था कोई you know ludo की गीठियां थीं. तो बहुत सारे different किस्म के symbols all over Pakistan थे. फिर उसके बाद उनकी कोई party नहीं थी. वह independent candidates के तौर पर खड़े हुए हुए थे तो कोई consolidated campaigning नहीं हो सकती थी. तमाम candidates की मिल मिलाकर हर individual candidate KPK के अंदर somewhat इन्होंने फिर भी corner meetings कर ली. शेर अब्ज़ल मरवाद साहब ने और कुछ leaders ने but by and large इनको constantly push back मिलता रहा. Again, यह मैं नहीं कह रहा कि international media में multiple times report हो चुका हुआ है. अल्जिद जिरा की बड़ी detailed documentaries के ऊपर available है. साथ ही जो population थी जो PTI का voter था उसको hopeless भी कर दिया गया हुआ था उसको वह rejected भी था वह कह रहा था यार कोई फ़ायदा नहीं है. मतलब इन तमाम चीज़ों को मद्देनज़र रखते हुए there is PTI के voter को detect कर रहा था. अब इसमें मैं special shout out देना चाहूंगा अभी बकरम साहब को because एक तो यह है कि उनका अंदाज़े बयान और उनकी उर्दू इतनी ख़ूबसूरत है कि देखकर मज़ा आते हैं उनकी video को. लेकिन उसके साथ साथ online and offline organizations जो कि non government side पर थी उनके भी जो public surveys थे वह बहुत ज़्यादा closer to what, you know, we're seeing today थे but were not taken seriously by the government, by mainstream media, you know, इंतख़ाबी निशान जिस जगह पर था. तो basically उन्होंने they did try to in whatever capacity they could fight back on a digital front. Young लड़के, लड़कियां on ground जाकर campaign कर रहे थे. अपना figure out करके कि यार अच्छा हमारे हल्के में कौन सा इन तक़ाबी निशान है? बंदे का नहीं पता कौन लड़ रहा है लेकिन निशान पता है और लोगों को जाकर बताना है कि यार PTI को अगर vote करना है तो इस निशान पर vote करना है and that was very interesting because we have not seen that level of citizen engagement in the political process. मतलब वैसे generally हमारे यहां historically एक होता है जल्द से होते हैं, बड़ा leader आता है वह छोटे leader को, छोटा leader जो electable होता है उसको further pump करता है, वह जाता और जाकर जो है corner meetings करता है, door to door जाता है. लेकिन citizen involvement चूंकि because PTI के सारे दरवाज़े बंद हो चुके हुए थे, they had to be disruptive, they had to be different and so they actually went out and did a lot of very very innovative things. But nonetheless, मैं ख़ुद personally I thought कि ठीक है यह सारा कुछ करने हैं बहुत अच्छी बात है. I don't see a very legitimate outcome coming out of this. I don't think case से कोई बहुत serious impact पड़ेगा. और फिर election day जब हुआ तो उसमें जो सबसे बड़ी चीज़ एकदम से hit हुई PTI को वही है कि सुबह सुबह लोग उठते और आठ बजे cell phones बंद हो गए. Transfer कर रही होती हैं data. तो उन्होंने उसको इस्तेमाल करते हुए काफ़ी सारा result generate करना शुरू कर दिया और हमारे पास initially कुछ results आना शुरू हो गए. छह, सात, आठ, नौ, दस बजे तक हमने देखा कि जी PTI की एक बहुत crazy क़िस्म की lead generate होना शुरू होगी. 135 of the PTI independents at the time out of roughly I would say 200 seats वह lead में थे और PMLN कोई तकरीबन चालीस seatओं पर थी. P plus party तकरीबन कोई तीस seatओं में थी वहां से जो party की situations थी वह हटाना शुरू हो गई. जहां पर अगर PTI लिखा हुआ था क्योंकि लोगों ने consolidate किए हुए थे वह देख रहे थे कि यार PTI backed independence कौन से हैं? वहां पर उसको consolidate करके independence कर दिया. PTI का नाम भी हट गया. खैर nonetheless साढ़े दस बजे पूरा Pakistan देख रहा था, confused था. But in a lot of ways Pakistan बड़ा excited भी था क्योंकि लोगों ने overwhelmingly निकलकर vote किया था. जो तमाम हमने देखा के रुकावटें सामने आई थी जिसके बाद बहुत सारे लोग rejected थे. उन तमाम को reject करके पाकिस्तानीs आए थे और उन्होंने vote किया था और उन्होंने in a lot of ways Pakistan में एक नया mandate दिया था for a new ideology. Nonetheless, साढ़े दस बजे हमने सुना कि अब results आना बंद हो गए हैं. Election commission ने एक पहले rule बनाया था जिसमें presiding officer जो है वह directly online अपना result जमा रहा था और वहीं पर consolidate हो रहा था result. लेकिन अब नया rule आया रात के साढ़े दस बजे और कहा गया कि तमाम presiding officers अपने results directly RO's को देंगे जो basically पूरे की पूरी constituency का result इकट्ठा करता है और उसको administer करता है और वहां से RO जो है वह result election commission को देगा and only election commission will then give the final consolidated result. और इधर हमने देखा कि एक blackout हो गया और फिर साढ़े दस बजे से लेकर अगले दिन सुबह सात बजे तक completely results में कोई हमें extra information नहीं मिली, कोई हमें पता नहीं लगा क्या हुआ है, क्या नहीं हुआ and then सुबह सात बजे के बाद results suddenly बहुत ज़्यादा change होना शुरू हो गए. अब इसके ऊपर वह कहते हैं जो election commission है और जो दूसरी parties वाले हैं वह कहते हैं कि जी जो start में साढ़े दस बजे तक result आया था वह बड़ा थोड़ा था वह ten, fifteen, 20% था. जो सुबह आया है वह final result आया, consolidated result आया है तो फिर वह consolidated result eventually had a different picture to paint. जहां पर पिछली रात 135 independents lead कर रहे थे, वहां पर अब इस result में वह independents कम होकर कोई तक़रीबन sixty, sixty five, 70 तक हो गए थे. Meanwhile PMLN जो कि thirty, thirty five पर थी वह बढ़कर sixty, sixty five पर पहुंच चुकी हुई थी. People's party भी जो है वह 45, 50 की तरफ़ जा रही थी. And यहां पर suddenly PTI वालों ने एकदम से बहुत counterclaim किया और उन्होंने कहा कि जी हमारा जो result है वह बहुत massively और मज़ेदार बात यह है कि वह trends इस तरह कोई ऐसा trend नहीं change हुआ जिसमें PMLN या Piper's party या MQM का कोई बंदा जीत रहा था और वह switch होकर independent की तरफ़ आ गया हो. बल्कि तमाम जो यह switches थी वह independent PTI backed independent candidate से वहां पर बिल्कुल mismanagement हुई है और सही तरीके से चीज़ें नहीं हुई. Legally भी अगर हम देखें तो election commission का यह फर्ज था कि वह दो बजे तक तमाम results generate करी है. उनका rule book के तहत फर्ज था लेकिन और अगर वह नहीं कर सकते तो उनको बड़ा legitimate उसके अंदर नीचे तकरीबन ढाई सौ, तीन सौ polling stations होते हैं. हर polling station में तीन चार हज़ार लोग आकर vote करते हैं. उसमें ख़वातीन भी होती हैं, मर्द भी होते हैं. उसी हिसाब से वह divide हुआ हुआ होता है. अगर आप vote करने गए होंगे तो आपने constituency को देख रहा होता है और वह फिर बैठकर उस उन तमाम polling stations के results को consolidate करके एक final result generate करता है वह भी जो winning candidate या winning या तमाम candidates जो participate कर रहे हैं either वह candidate या उनके कोई polling agent वहां पर होते हैं. उनकी मौजूदगी में वह तमाम count करता है, consolidate करता है, उनसे verification लेता है और फिर एक form 47 निकालता है जिसमें again सबके signs होते हैं, सबके agreements होती हैं और एक final consolidated position party की आ जाती है. Again, बड़ा important है. Polling agents का polling stations में होना, polling agents का returning officer के पास होना जो कि finally तमाम चीज़ों को consolidate करके document में सबके signatures के साथ release करता है. अब इस case में हुआ क्या? इस case में हमने बहुत सारी reports सुनी from PTI बहुत confusion है उसमें. लेकिन RO के level के ऊपर actually बड़े थोड़े से हैं RO's और वह जो है वह actually आप इसको check कर सकते हैं. तो वहां पर हमने देखा कि जी RO's जो है वह engage नहीं कर रहे थे. जब वह consolidation हो रही थी वह candidates बाहर खड़े रहे. बहुत सारे candidates सलमाना कर्म राजा particularly उनका हमने देखा कि उनको उनकी video पड़ी हुई है कि उनको violently बाहर निकाला गया और उनकी गैर मौजूदगी में यह consolidations हुई. अब यहां पर बड़ा important है. देखिए consolidation जब हो रही होती है अगर कोई discrepancy होती है generate कर रहे थे, जो form 45 के consolidated results form 47 में डाल रहे थे, वहां पर somehow जो data PTI के candidates के पास था, वह different था versus what was being seen in the form 47 जो कि उनकी गैर मौजूदगी में वह consolidate रोकर निकाले जा रहे थे. अच्छा सिर्फ़ यह नहीं, multiple times ECP की website के ऊपर different different हल्कों के numbers change होते रहे, different लोग announce होते रहे कि अब यह winner है नहीं यह winner है. I mean it was a it was an absolute mess like the way that the election was done it was like बच्चे अगर आ रहे हैं इस election को, समझ ही नहीं आ रही कि मतलब ऐसा कैसे हो सकता है यार? इतनी बड़ी country है. You're the fifth largest country in the world. You're the fourth largest democracy. How can you be doing all of this? Considering the fact कि जो RO's थे particularly जिनके ऊपर सबसे ज़्यादा उंगलियां उतरी हैं जो कि originally हमेशा judiciary से आए हैं इस बार government ने जो critical government थी उन्होंने RO's को DC's जो administrators हैं, जो bureaucrats हैं जो directly deal करते हैं with any government, तो उनका वहां पर ना वह basically bias आ जाता है. क्योंकि अगर bureaucrats हैं उनको लग रहा है, उनको बताया जा रहा है कि यार आने वाली government x y z होगी, then they can potentially end up creating problems in the election. तो यह चीज़ courts में गई थी, PTI लेकर गई थी. उन्होंने कहा कि जी हमारों के ऊपर forms हैं जो वह लेकर निकले हैं that is now the basis of their entire rigging allegation which is gonna be a tough nut to crack for the opposition for the the other side क्योंकि वह जितना भी show डाल लें उसके ऊपर अगर form 45 है, एक legal document है, एक verified document है तो फिर उसके अंदर ज़ाहिर है कि मैं मसला खुलेगा, मसला instability की तरफ़ जाएगा, ख़ब खुलेगी. तो वहां पर PTI actually played really well. They had preempted कि यह potentially यह problem आ सकती है and they were able to quickly jump on that narrative as well. अब इस वक़्त PTI के challenges क्या हैं? PTI का सबसे बड़ा challenge यह है कि जी उनके पास वह यह कहते हैं कि इस वक़्त 101 seats उनको मिली हुई है. वह कह रहे सत्तर seatओं के ऊपर हमारे candidates जो जीते हैं उनको हराया गया है officially. तो वह उनको सबसे पहला तो जाकर एक बहुत detailed legal battle खेलनी है जाहिर है क्योंकि जब considering according to the PTI के निज़ाम उनके ख़िलाफ़ है, जब judiciary उनके ख़िलाफ़ है, जब ECP उनके ख़िलाफ़ है जो कि मिलती हैं based on parties के और parties की situation. PTI legally इस time के ऊपर independence के तौर पर लड़ रही है. अब उसमें सलमान अक्रम राजा who is a very prominent Supreme Court lawyer जो कि लोहौर में अपनी देखेंगे का case भी करके बैठ गए हैं क्योंकि उनको वह कह रहे कि जी मुझे Aunt चौधरी ने ग़लत fake तरीके से हराया है. उनका कहना यह है कि PTI actually सिर्फ़ अपना symbol loose किया था उसने, party नहीं disband हुई थी. So all these independent candidates जिन्होंने अपना PTI का ticket दिया था, they are actually PTI के representative. So यह again एक दूसरी legal battle है जो कि इन्होंने अब learn नहीं आगे जाकर और इस इसकी basis के ऊपर PTI को reserve seats मिलेंगी. But again, यह legal battle में is gonna take a while. क्या यह timely हो सकती है या नहीं हो सकती? क्योंकि आने वाले दिनों में जब notifications हो जाएंगी इन तमाम लोगों की तो फिर उसमें एक stipulated time है जिसके अंदर अंदर independent लोगों को parties join करनी है और parties फिर अपने reserve candidates देगी और reserve candidates जो हैं वह appoint होंगे और फिर इन तमाम appointments के बाद 342 की assembly बैठेगी और prime minister का इंतख़ाब करेगी. तो यहां पर एक immediate challenge है PTI का कि क्या इनको reserve seats मिलती हैं, नहीं मिलती हैं और यहां पर भी इनको reserve seat लेने से रोका जाएगा. So even if अगर वह one thirty four पर आ जाते हैं तो कोशिश यही की जाएगी कि इनको independent रखा जाए, इनको party नहीं consider किया जाए ताकि जो दूसरी side है जिसके पास majority नहीं है, उनको reserve seats देकर majority दे दी जाए. फिर साथ ही तीसरा challenge जो कि हमने कल देखा कि PTI के एक winning candidate ने BMLN join कर ली. अब यहां पर again एक problem है. क्योंकि जब PTI का symbol लिया गया और उनको independent declare किया गया तो यहां पर आपने दरवाजा खोल दिया horse trading का एक true independent होता है वह अपने mandate पर लड़कर आया होता है. एक party का बंदा होता है जो कि party का vote लेकर आया हुआ होता है. तो यहां पर basically लोगों का जो actual mandate है जो लोगों ने जिसको vote दिया है उसको bypass करके individuals को ख़रीदकर आप different parties में लेकर जाएंगे जो कि again ethically morally it's it's it's a huge nightmare और Pakistan में इसी वजह से horse trading के ख़िलाफ़ rules बने थे parliament के अंदर जिसमें यह कहा गया था कि party से आप defect नहीं कर सकते. लेकिन आया कि जो powers to be हैं they do not want PTI to come in power. They are going to try everything in their power to stop them. वही हमने देखा कि RO level के ऊपर वह discrepancies आ रही हैं, वह changes आ रही हैं और वह एक potential legal battle की तरफ़ जाए ले जाया जा रहा है. जैसे basically होगा यह कि जो आवाम है ना आवाम mobilize हुई थी आठ फरवरी को. अब आपने सिर्फ़ इसको drag करके लेकर जाना है क्योंकि आवाम पर ऐसा ऐसा busy होना शुरू हो जाएगी काम में, education में, x y z और फिर वह वह support provide नहीं कर सकेगी जो कि अभी तीन चार दिनों में PTI के पास available हैं. So जो इस वक़्त party situation है उसको मद्देनज़र रखते हुए अगर हम देखें तो PMLino peoples party की seats मिलाकर इतनी बनती हैं which are a few seats short of an absolute majority. So MQM को इनको मिलाना पड़ेगा. MQM as you know is the king's party. तो वहां पर आपको यह नज़र आता है कि the real power in this government जो आने वाली है वह होगी king के पास और यह parties जो हैं यह मिल मिलाकर एक sort of PDM part two बनाने जा रही हैं which is going to be a rerun of what we saw in the last sixteen months. I'm not sure कि आपका अपना वह opinion होगा कि वह PDM का time कैसा था? Was it doing anything really या was it like a non existent entity? Because बहुत सारे mix plate of different politicians with different ideologies इकट्ठे हुए हुए थे and there was nothing serious happening. Having said that, ज़ाहिर है क्योंकि king's party और king का rule है और नीचे वाले अगर हम देखें तो वह largely figure heads हैं with no real power जिसमें कहा जा रहा है कि शहबाज शरीफ साहब जो हैं वह prime minister होंगे, मरियम नवाज साहिबा potentially, chief minister होंगी, जरदारी साहब potentially president होंगे. Again यह तमाम चीज़ें कही जा रही हैं. We don't know what's actually going to happen but we do know कि किस shape और form में government potentially बनेगी. PTI ने category के लिए कह दिया है और इमरान खान साहब की अगर हम politics भी देखें तो हम यह assume कर सकते हैं. PTI is not going to ally with peoples party to form a government क्योंकि वह इस वक़्त जो है सुरते हाल है. सौ seatओं के साथ जिसमें से blood से के दस percent independence PTI अगर alliance नहीं बना रही किसी party के साथ तो logical है कि PMLN, PBUS party और MQM मिल मिलाकर ही बनाएंगे alliance. And so we're going to see a government जिसके पास ना mandate होगा क्योंकि उनके ऊपर बहुत गंदी allegations of rigging है. वह आपको उनकी शक्लों से भी नज़र आ रहा है. वह आपको नज़र आ रहा है कि वहां पर वह ना ना mandate है, ना वह power command कर रहे हैं. वह hard power के ऊपर in a lot of ways जो public का sentiment है, जो PTI का sentiment है, जो media का sentiment है, उसके तहत वह लोगों का mandate चोरी कर कर आ रहे हैं और उस दाख के साथ जाहिर है कि वह अपनी कोई real power या वह real reforms जो मैंने आपको last episode में कहा था कि एक powerful government को ऐसे reforms करने हैं which is which is going to be hard for the people. But एक ऐसी government जिसको already लोग कह रहे कि यार यह तो चोर हैं, यह तो चोरी कर कर आएं हमारा mandate. उसके ऊपर अगर आप reforms लेकर आऐंगे और फिर ऐसे reforms जैसे महंगाई हो जिसमें हालात जो है वह मज़ीद ख़राब हो, उस पर वह it's close to impossible. And so the only thing that we can see is कि जी जो SIFC हमने last government में बनती देखी, उसके around potentially कुछ economic reforms अगर कोई promise हुए में हैं तो वह शायद आगे बढ़ते हुए नज़र आ जाएं. हमें privatization पास अब KPK की जो पूरी machinery है चाहे वह bureaucracy हो, चाहे वह police हो वह power PTI के पास होगी. Plus जो 90 people, जो 90 लोग इमरान खान के आकर parliament में बैठे हुए होंगे, उनके पास opposition leader की भी seat होगी. उनके पास बहुत ज़्यादा online उसके उसके बारे में तस्करा सुना और experience भी किया. वह मुझे कम होती हुई नज़र आ रही है क्योंकि अब जो है वह legal तरीकों से, official तरीकों से PTI एक as a counterweight आएगी और ना सिर्फ़ वह as just as a counterweight आएगी वह बड़ी powerful counterweight आएगी. अब सवाल यह है कि क्या वजह है कि तमाम लोग were caught so off guard on the election day कि उससे पहले everybody media जो आपकी government officials हैं, जो बहुत popular हो गए जो मिनारे मिनारे Pakistan का मशहूर जलसा था और उसके बाद से constantly establishment support करती है आर्या. Again, मैं यहां पर बड़ा clearly कहूंगा कि I do 100% agree कि the establishment has helped the PTI in 2011, in 2013, in 2018 और वह help करने का तरीक़ा क्या था कि वह different different जो electables थे of the time उनको वह लेकर आ रहे थे और उनको वह party के अंदर शमूलियत इख्तैयार करवा रहे थे और जो ज़ाहिर है के जो ruling party थी उसको weaken करने में वह एक तो establishment इसको तबाब ही कर सकती और establishment किसी और कोई बना सकती है. They gave too much power to the establishment in terms of in terms of making a political party and breaking a political party. दो हज़ार चौबीस के election में हमें यह दिखाया है कि establishment amplifies root कर सकती है. They are a formidable power and they can certainly amplify एक ऐसी party जिसका narrative already चल रहा है या शायद वह उसके narrative को कम भी कर सकती है. लेकिन they can't make or break anyone और वह हमने selection में होता हुआ देखा जिसमें IPP नहीं वन सकी, जिसमें PTIP नहीं वन सकी, जिसमें MQM with all the support नहीं चल सकी. So sure, आप on some levels आप आरोज़ को manage करके आप आगे पीछे चीज़ों को manage करके आप इक्की दुक्की seatऐं निकाल सकते हैं, Public using the internet, using the media, using the information age अपना एक नज़रिया बना रही है और उसमें ज़ाहिर है कि इमरान खान साहब भी उस नज़रिए को shape कर रहे हैं definitely. लेकिन he is a representation of that नज़रिया. And so जब आठ फरवरी का election हुआ तो confusion इस वजह से थी because nobody expected the public to go out and actually vote for PTI in such outrageously disproportionate numbers. अब अगर मैं PTI के numbers पर जाऊं, वह कहते हैं जी एक सौ सत्तर PTI के पास हैं, सत्रह अठारह seatऐं PMLN के पास हैं, तीस seatऐं P plus party के पास हैं, 42 में से 40 seatऐं निकाली हैं और something along those lines. PTI has emerged as the only national party in Pakistan. PTI has emerged as the party जो कि ना सिर्फ़ federation की है बल्कि एक overwhelming amount of voters का confidence mandate रखती है. तो एक पूरा narrative change हुआ जिसमें पता ही लगा कि जी PTI तो ना सिर्फ़ public की support को command करती है बल्कि तमाम मुश्किलात के बावजूद वह public की support को command कर रही है और यह बहुत ही problematic situation है because theoretically this completely changes the game of how politics is done in Pakistan. देखिए Pakistan में इस बार electables by and large lose किए हैं. बड़े बड़े electables आप सोच भी नहीं सकते थे कि इन constituency से इनको हटाया जाएगा like for example हमज़ा शैबाज़, नवाज़ शरीफ़ साहब, मानसेरा में हारे हैं, मैंने इसको जाकर vote करना है. That basically opens the door for नज़रियाती लोग, for idealist, for ideologues जो आकर अपनी ideology के against voters का confidence ले सकते हैं और आने वाली elections में लड़ सकते हैं. PTI के voter हैं और आप dejected और hopeless feel कर रहे हैं, परेशान ना हो because बहुत सारे ऐसे benchmarks इस election में set हुए हैं that show a very very hope for an optimistic future for Pakistan. इसी के साथ साथ हमने देखा कि power of social media has very clearly emerged as a very powerful tool to educate and empower the population. And so with all the crackdowns और तमाम जो है ना internet disruptions भी हो रही और websiteएं भी block हो रही हैं और यह भी हो रहा और वह भी हो रहा लेकिन हमने अब देखा है कि in the age of information अब आप लोगों को बकरेओं की तरह control नहीं कर सकते. And so again until and unless हम North Korea वन जाएं, हम जो है जी social media को block कर दें अब वह जो management का तरीका था narrative और otherwise वह चीज़ अब by enlarge ख़त्म हो चुकी है और यह TV channels के लिए भी एक बड़ा लम्हाए फ़िक्रिया है कि वह सोचेंगे ज़रूर कि यार हमारा future क्या है अगर हम managed system में मज़ीद चलते रहे? Because alternate media जो जो social media के form में emerge किया है, digital media के form में emerge किया है, that is going to completely devastate their business if they do not compete in terms of efficiency, in terms of transparency and which is why जो मेरा जाति ख़याल ही है पहले दिन के अंदर जो हमने देखा कि results बहुत because उनको यह लगता था कि यार आपको establishment ने बनाया. So जब यह उनके दिमाग़ में था और फिर आठ फरवरी हुआ जिसमें तमामतर मुश्किलात के बावजूद लोग निकले तो बड़ा clearly the minds of the people, in the minds of the the media, in the minds of the people in power International communities के सामने एक बड़ा clearly यह narrative किया कि यार वाकई PTI के पास power तो है, PTI के पास public तो है और जो public का mandate है उसकी power बड़ा clearly सामने आई and आप आने वाले वक़्त में देखेंगे that is going to make a difference. आप देखेंगे कि the way that now people bargain, the way that now people talk about all of this, it is going to be different. क्योंकि अब बहुत clearly उनके सामने नज़र आ गया है कि एक sizable majority in Pakistan wants PTI to represent it. And so PTI is no longer this party जिसके पास leaders हैं और leaders को आपने कटा दिया तो सब change हो जाएगा. अब PTI is a representation of a very very large population. और जो एक last चीज़ मुझे बहुत अच्छी लगी वह यह थी कि एक manufacture हुई नई leadership evolution जो होगी कि वह party क्या करना चाहती है? क्या करना चाहिए? That is going to be very very good for the party and for Pakistan. And beyond them शांदाना गुलज़ार साहिबा और बहुत सारे ऐसे grassroot के ऊपर ऐसे leaders emerge किए हैं आज PTI के अंदर एक battle hardened एक ऐसी leadership है जो कि तमाम मुश्किलात के बावजूद साथ खड़ी हुई है, जो कि तमाम मुश्किलात में इन इनके पास आई है, जो कि grassroot worker है, जो lawyer है. So as a party अगर मैं कहूं ना कि between the three parties who which one is the most powerful right now I would say that is PTI because इनके पास जो इस वक़्त talent बैठा हुआ है उससे deal करना इतना आसान नहीं है and again as I've said before अभी यह KP की government बनाएंगे. अभी इस वजह completely powerless खेल रहे हैं. यह KP की government जैसी बनाएंगे आप देखेंगे कि इनके जो tone and tenor है, जो confidence है, जो तमाम चीज़ें उसमें बहुत major change आएगा. अच्छा अब इस तमाम जो election का drama हुआ है इसमें losses हमने क्या देखे? Wins तो हमने बता दिए लेकिन losses के अंदर stability की तरफ़ जाएगी. तो अब जो outlook थी कि यार एक डेढ़ साल के अंदर शायद हम stability achieve कर लें और हम बेहतरी की तरफ़ जाएं, वह outlook by and large वह दो तीन साल में delay हो गया हुआ है. अगर आज भी कोई वह हम देख लेंगे. But यह तारीख़ गवाह इस बात की कि जब आपके economic reforms आने होते हैं तो आपको एक strong government ऐसी चाहिए होती है जिसको mandate of the people हासिल हो. क्योंकि जब reforms लाने हैं आपने तो थोड़े से मुश्किल वक्त आऐंगे. उसके लिए आपको वह लोग चाहिए जिन्होंने vote किया हो, जो वह sacrifice झेलने के लिए ready बैठे हुए हो. आज जो आपकी government बनने जा रही है और versus जो लोगों ने जिसको vote दिया है उसमें discrepancy है and that's not gonna fly very well with the population. फिर इसी के साथ जाहिर है क्योंकि it's not going to fly well with the population तो हमें aggression और instability नज़र आएगी, हमें crime बढ़ता हुआ नज़र आएगा और हमें protest होती हुई नज़र आएगी. जाहिर है, कि आपका सांस लेना मुश्किल हो जाएगा. Nonetheless, I think personally इस पूरी जो activity और exercise है अगर again आपने मेरी पुरानी video देखी हो तो मेरा जाती मानना यह है unpopular opinion है because जो PTI का voter है जो कि Pakistan को जिसकी ज़रूरत है और PMLN अपने ऊपर सबसे बड़ा कुल्हाड़ा मारेगी, अपनी सियासत completely ख़त्म करेगी अगर वह government लेगी. God alone knows वह क्यों ले रहे हैं but वह ले रहे हैं. And so PTI I think is in a very very powerful position क्योंकि वह अपनी agitation भी बरकरार रख सकती है. वह agitation के दौरान इन तमाम rigging allegations के ऊपर वह constantly अपना narrative भी survive सकते हैं. वह pressure भी बढ़ाते रहेंगे. वह एक एक constituency जैसे जैसे इनकी एक साल बाद पचास लाख नया voter भी आ चुका होगा जो कि obvious सी बात है PTI को support करेगा. मतलब अगर अब भी आप इस चीज़ को deny कर रहे हैं और आठ फरवरी में जो आपने देखा उसके बाद तो मतलब I don't know कि what you want आपके इस denial में रह रहे हैं. जब यह वाली chief judge साहब ना हो और जैसे जैसे कि आने वाले दिनों में आप देखेंगे pressure कम होगा PTI के ऊपर तो they will be in a much better position to go into the government maybe a year from now. And then as I said last time, US elections are coming in November and if there is a regime change in The US, तो वहां पर that is directly going to impact PTI government as well जो आने वाली potential PTI government होगी. तो इस वक़्त to be very honest, nobody wants to make a government in Pakistan. आप Peoples Party को देखें, आ जाएं. I don't care. आप जाएं और जाकर legal battles लड़ते रहें. Narrative की जंग sir आप हार चुके हैं और Peoples Party को भी यह पता है वह भी बेचारे बड़े डरे डरे इनके साथ जा रहे हैं. But again, I personally think कि जो यह बना रहे हैं government, good luck to them. I hope कि जो भी आप इसमें से निकालना चाहते हैं वह भी आप निकाल पाएं और जो आप कह रहे हैं कि आप Pakistan के लिए reforms ले आऐंगे वह आप ले आएं. मुझे personally होता हुआ नहीं नज़र आ रहा. But I think for PTI there could not be a better situation for them at this point in time. हां, public ने उनको एक सौ सत्तर seatऐं according to them दी थी which is very sad again. हमें नहीं पता वह एक सौ सत्तर थी. वह लगता एक सौ बीस, एक सौ तीस, एक सौ चालीस हो. यह हमें पता है कि यार इतना easy मतलब सलमान अकरम राजा साहब नहीं हार सकते. PTI candidate जीतता है. This is not going to be easy. जी आप short term में जीत जाएंगे. आप अपनी hard power बार बार last time भी मैंने कहा था आप hard power से short term में control कर लेंगे. But you will a, lose the narrative. You will b, lose the power. जो powerful लोग हैं, जो कि इसमें त्रिव्यान में kings हैं, sir आप लोग अपनी power lose रहे हैं. I don't know आपको कौन advice कर रहा है. कोई अब Pakistan में आपके ख़िलाफ़ नहीं है लेकिन आप for the sake, I don't even know the end goal here. I really don't know the end goal. And so whatever you're trying to construct, I don't know why. If this is an ego battle, बड़ा अब यह सोचनाक बात है कि ego battle के ऊपर institution दबा हो रहा है, institution की power दबा हो रही है. But आप आम But nonetheless that is what is happening in Pakistan. एक नई PDM government आ रही है, मज़ीद instability आ रही है. जो personally I think कि Pakistan में एक rise of authoritarianism हुआ था आठ February तक. पहले मेरा thesis यह आपको जो ख़बरें आपको demotivate कर रही थीं, जो hopes कर रही थीं, वह ख़बरें change होना शुरू होंगी and every month is gonna be better in my opinion than the last month. Yes, one variable within all of these things that is the economy that is going to take a hit. But there will be other things जो कि आपको finally hope वापस लाकर देंगी. And so therefore अगर आपको left right की noisy noise जो आपको सुबह शाम की ख़बर दी जाती है ना कि यह हो गया और वह हो गया और इसने party flip कर लिया और उसने party flip कर लिया और इसने इसको यह बोल दिया, यह distractions हैं. यह आपको demotivate करने के लिए दी जा रही हैं. मेरा generally तर्जी है कि मैं जब एक दफ़ा major major चीज़ों को मुझे एक sense वन जाती है ना तो मैं back seat पर जाता हूं. मैं largely noise को ignore करता हूं. मैं I let data play itself out and then I focus on things that I have in my control and therefore मैंने जो यह video भी बनाई थी क्योंकि मुझे लोगों ने Twitter पर आकर बोला था कि आप अपने thoughts बता दें. बहुत लंबी है, बहुत random sporadic से thoughts हैं. मैंने सोचा मैं अपने thoughts आपसे आपके सामने लाकर रख दूं. यह मेरा target है.
